Does Grand Theft Auto Episodes from Liberty City include the actual GTA 4 multiplayer and campaign?

I got this for Hannukah, my mom not knowing exactly what i wanted in the GTA series. None of my friends know whether it comes with the GTA 4 crap.Does Grand Theft Auto Episodes from Liberty City include the actual GTA 4 multiplayer and campaign?
GTA: 4 Tales from Liberty City, includes the expansion campaigns, The Lost %26amp; The Damned, and The Ballad of Gay Tony. It does include Multiplayer though. And Most people have downloaded the Expansions online anyways, making the majority of games online impossible to play without the expansions. If you bought GTA4 you would have to get the downloadable content LatD %26amp; BoGT to play most games online, but not all, there are still a TON of games online for someone without the DLC. I reccomend getting the Original but since you got this one, don't sweat it, just make sure you pick up the original later on! Happy Playing!
