Muriel Watson, the widow of a Border Patrol officer, started ';Light Up the Border';. She and others lined their cars up along the border, lit it up to prevent illegals from being able to sneak across in the dark.


She was right...the border should be well-lit along it's entire length. And heavily patrolled, as well as strongly-fenced.What is the 1990 ';Light up the border campaign'; about?
