What campaign promises has Obama kept so far?

I'm asking this as a serious question so it would be awesome if you listed a link or reference with your answer. What campaign promises has Obama kept so far?
You can keep track of them here.

Buck Limfaugh's link is legit. Both sides would agree to this, because it also lists the promises he's broken. It goes directly off the quotes he's made on the campaign trail, and what he's done in regard to them.

edit: Yet I get thumbed down anyway, probably by people who don't want to accept that he has, in fact, kept a lot of his promises.
He promised to make a major speech from a Muslim capital city and he did.
There is an ';Obameter'; being used by a group frequently shown on CNN which gauges the number of promises made and those that he has kept or is in the process of keeping. I haven't seen it on lately, but every now and then they pop up with their newest data.

He promised to add the true costs of both wars to the budget (instead of hiding them as the Bush/Cheney administration did), and this was done within the first days of his taking office. The figures may make the deficit appear much worse, but we now operate more transparently and so can measure our successes with more accuracy as the economy recovers.

He promised to direct all his new Department heads and his economic advisory team to go through their individual budgets and our national budget, respectively, to find any evidence of faulty billing practices, fraud, suspicious cost overruns, and waste---all of which will be evaluated and, where wasteful or fraudulent, eliminated. He announced a $32 Billion savings in his very first month in office, promising more cuts to come, but CNN downplayed this (perhaps due to a late-night one-time-only ad from Lockheed-Martin---what I call a possible ';stealth'; ad that paid executives/owners more money than the ad actually cost to protest cuts in their services or products and ensure negative commentary?). Lobbists are going to strike the propaganda trails full force as their pet projects or cost-overrun projects are no longer in place over the next months, I bet, now that they no longer have a VP Cheney to push their cause (i.e., Halliburton/KBR).

He promised his girls they could have a puppy...lol. A promised kept with the arrival of Bo.

He promised a tax cut for working Americans, which was implemented on April 1st of this year.

According to the Obameter, he made something like more than 500 promises, and got off to a pretty impressive start. The Guantanamo closing is set for early next year, and he had to make use of military tribunals for some of the detainees because their torture under the previous regime might render the ';evidence'; tainted or inadmissable in civilian court, but he did make changes which ensure Constitutional protections for detainees and he stopped all torture, ruling it illegal and unConstitutional. Promise kept in some aspects, in the works for others.

He promised to improve our image internationally. Promise kept, even better than expected. He promised to open dialogues with leaders of other nations, including those not friendly to the U.S.. Promise kept, and still going. He promised to end the war in Iraq as soon as possible, and the end date for fighting-troop withdrawal has been set for next year upon the advice of military/CIA officials and with the agreement of Iraqi leaders. There will be a presence kept in Iraq (same as in the demilitarized zone of South Korea) for security purposes, I believe. Some of his smaller promises have been kept, some are in the works, and some have had to be postponed or cannot be done until the economy recovers. He has done pretty darn well for having only been in office five months. I, for one, am very proud to have helped get President Obama elected.
These are only a few

Close Gitmo within one year

Change the policy on torturing prisoners

Start on health care reform (today's news)

Appoint qualified Republicans to high level posts in his administration (Secy of Army, Secy of Defense, head of Natl Endowment for the Humanities)

Go after AlQaeda in Afghanistan and Pakistan

Increase funding for the VA

Credit card bill of rights for consumers

Increase funding for loans to small businesses
No Gitmo tribunals...oh wait, those are continuing.

No Patriot Act...oh wait, he voted FOR it.

Truth Commissions...oh wait, Pelosi would get snagged as well.

EDIT to Westhill: WIll you Obama lemmings understand once and for all that Gitmo was never going to close, only the prison is closing...the base will remain as always. Sheesh folks WAKE THE HELL UP!!!
He has assembled a cabinet.....

How much do you want out of the guy in four months? He's not christ, even if some of his followers would like you to think so.

*Edit*

Buck Limfaugh has a good website for tracking these sorts of things linked in his post. Check it out.
PolitiFact has compiled about 500 promises that Barack Obama made during the campaign and is tracking their progress on our Obameter.

Obama said ';Under my plan of a cap and trade system electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket.

I admit the rates haven't skyrocketed yet, but as another answerer said, it's only been 4 months.
Why should anyone be surprised that a politician has got into power on promises he'd never keep.

It happens all the time and Jesus the Second was going to be no different.
Everything, you'll find the proof by watching something besides Fox News.
None, zero, nodda.
If Obama doesn't do something drastic he's going to be the next Nixon
He got elected. I think that was one of his promises.
The only promise he kept was taking his wife to a broadway show in New York. It makes me gag.
Hmm, i dont think there is many tbh, but then again, hes my family so i should not say anything bad about him :)
