People will realize why they should have picked him in four years. The only problem is if he would run again at 76.Should Ron Paul build up his campaign in many states for the next 4 years and run again for President in 2012?
why? once again it would be a waste of peoples time and money.
Sure he can. Will he be about 80 by then. He looks 75 now!
If he ditches the parade of morons following him in '08, he might actually get enough respect to be taken seriously next time around.
Go down the list of conservative values. Set them next to McCain, and then next to Paul. What you do not agree with, hear what he has written on the issue with an open mind and see how it IS in fact the conservative (not neocon) position.





You will find Ron Paul is the conservative. And because the media has ignored him, he can be that candidate that came out of nowhere that media and people are hoping for!





I don't think he will need to want 4 or 8 years. He has built up a 30 year political career, and rock solid beliefs. He has outlasted media and radios favorite Giuliani, and then Romney. He can still win this election.





We can end the neocon era right now. And if we dont, believe me, its just getting started!

Don't get me wrong. I think he's in better physical shape than John McCain, despite being older by about a year or so.





But there is no way he'll be up to running in 2012, let alone 2016.
I know I hope not, he does have some good ideas, but those can change with time, especially given our current economy. His biggest problem was that he thought he could win on merit and internet popularity alone. That just is not enough, he will have to spend some of that wonderful tea bag party he had in December and get out and meet the people. The real people who vote not just interneters. He should have had a super bowl ad, just like his other candidates as well as put on more TV exposure. But hey 2012 is just around the corner

No, he should give up politics all together. Just like every Republican should.
